WIN 10 WIN 11 - problem on two machines

DXF file is imported with errors, until now it happened that references to the description of bending lines were invisible or generated unnecessary lines - I turned a blind eye to this, but I cannot ignore the latest problem. DXF files containing a drawing in isometric projection have errors in arcs, they are somehow strangely reversed - see screenshot. I checked several files in such projection, in each there is the same problem. I also verified it in several other applications - only in LibreCAD there is a similar problem, in others (Auto CAD, Autodesk DWG Viewer, Iedrawings, DWG FastView, ACTCAD, ZWCAD, RootProCAD) they work correctly, I am attaching a screenshot from DWG Viewer. I found information that QCAD is based on a free engine, maybe that is why the effects are similar to those in LibreCAD. Please intervene in this topic quickly.
