This problem is same as resolved in FS#2573. Cannot insert tabs into project.
Using QCAD/CAM 3.32.1
Error:
Command: camaddtab
Cannot import file from URL: file::/scripts/Cam/CamTab/CamAddTab/../CamTab.dxf

Qt fails to create a temporary file under Linux systems if application name contains "/" (Qt bug, needs workaround).
Odd that this starts to fail in a recent QCAD version.
Before it was 'QCAD/CAM' just the same.
