QCAD3 does not open dxf-files containing ellipses!
Error Message: Can't open file, check fileformat, fileextension, accesrights

Not reproducible here.
Please post or e-mail an example file with that problem, so we can examine it.

This affects QCAD 2 files which are exported by QCAD 2 with an invalid ellipse ratio (>1).
Fixed for the next release.
