To re-introduce Tile and Cascade window options like as before in QCAD 2.2.2.

There is a lot of unusable screen space to the right of the tab bar, as I very rarely have more than one drawing open. There are controls on the window menu anyway, so the tabs are just a waste of drawing area. Having standard window controls would be much better (for me, at least),as you can keep two drawings visible at once, should the need arise.
