If I have multi lines with different heights in a Rich Text the scale tool works not at all or the scale factor works different on each lines.
This example is scaled with factor 2. First line works - second line keeps the proportions.

To clarify: the scale factor is only applied to the main height of the text entity. The height changes as defined inline (escaped string sequences as part of the text contents) are not changed. This is indeed a known limitation of rich text entities.
Could it be that this limitation is not anymore relevant? If yes than you can close this task.
