- The 9 center snapping points of the 24 bulging segments are all presumed to be incorrect
- For some segments the center snap is outside the arc shape from a bulging segment
- For some segments there are 2 solutions

The closest center to _any_ polyline arc segment is found instead of the closest center to the arc segment closest to the cursor.

Thank you Andrew for the quick fix ...
It only took several hours to file the task ...
Filing it bumped 2 times with "wrong token"
