FS#2342 - Layer > Edit Layer: Changing Color of Invisible Layer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new layer with color (e.g.) red.
2. Draw a line.
3. Make the layer invisible.
4. Edit the layer to change its color to (e.g.) green.
5. Make the layer visible.
The line will appear colored red.
If you save, close, and reopen the file, it will now appear green.

Another data point I just noticed: if it is currently showing the wrong color and you change to and from a different tab, it gets redrawn with the correct color.
