FS#2602 - File > Save: rectangular wipeouts not saved [OpenDesign <= 22.4]
Rectangular wipeouts are saved in DXF/DWG with only two diagonally opposite corners of the rectangle.
This does not seem to work in older OpenDesign versions used for the Linux packages (exception while saving, entity not saved).

Known workaround: use polygon wipeout or wipeout from polyline instead
