FS#2697 - Tool "Display Distance/Angle" (F8) within the menu not working.
Notebook Win11Pro without Function keys.
Activating F8 (Display Distance/Angle) within the menu (below View) fails.

Have you tried LI and then menu View .. Display Distance/Angle (F8)
The tool increases DisplaySettings/DisplayDistanceAngle by 1 up to 3 and back to zero when the ClickMode is PickCoordinate.
Meaning that a tool must be active that requires a coordinate input.
Otherwise it does nothing.
I can replicate the behavior with no tools active or when not asked to pick a coordinate.

It is a bit ambiguous but you can also assign the keystrokes 'F', '8' to this tool.
'F8' in short is the function key as per standard assignment and not a 2 keystroke shortcut sequence.
Watch out for conflicts but I assume that you can do the same for several other function keys.
