FS#660 - Active Tool - 'tool bar' doesn `t stay redocked
The Active Tool tool bar doesn`t stay re-docked in QCAD 3 Final.

Available keyboard shortcuts
- Alt + ⇧ Shift + l Login Dialog / Logout

This was tested on Windows 7-64, strangely enough though this does stay re-docked in 3 rc5.
Quick fix (file scripts/Widgets/OptionsToolBar/OptionsToolBar.js) is attached.
