FS#832 - Add shortcut to fastly enter ortho mode
When drawing or moving objects holding down CTRL should activate ortho snapping as long as CTRL is pressed.
If ortho mode has been active before holding down CTRL should deactivate it (for the time it is beeing pressed).

- o open selected task
- j move cursor down
- k move cursor up
Task Details

Task Editing
- Alt + ⇧ Shift + s save task
For the first we use the Alt key.
For locking (or not) we use EO and SQ.
I would move to closure.
